Mysterio went to orchard and ate ramen at Nantsuttei.

In Singapore, ramen has always been widely popular as well as available. You will be able to find lots of ramen store around Singapore no matter where you go. But being able to find a good ramen in Singapore will come with an challenge.
Behold the ramen Mysterio ordered at Nantsuttei; Kara-miso Ramen Mouretsu Tanmen Hana-ji boo (level 2 spiciness) & Nantsuttei Tonkotsu Ramen. Both ramen are the regular size but the portion is just right for
average person.

Kara-miso Ramen Mouretsu Tanmen Hana-ji boo

Nantsuttei Tonkotsu Ramen
Taste for Miso Ramen:
Broth: First sip of the miso broth just hits you right in the perfect spot. The broth taste so good and if you mix the garlic oil in, the spiciness of the chilli can be felt. As Mysterio was feeling daring that day, level 2 spiciness is spicy. (You have been warned).
Noodle: Normal texture noodle was ordered, and it was okay, maybe slightly undercooked.
Ingredients: This bowl of ramen has Chasu, beansprouts, minced meat and some mini chilli (probably due to level 2 spiciness). Tamago egg was an add-on as shown in the picture below. Chasu has the right level of fats and meat ratio, making it pretty tasty, paired with the broth, it really brings out the goodness of this dish. Tamago was cooked to perfection with the right level of running yolk in the centre, yet not too raw. Tamago is a must if you dine here.

Nantsuttei Tonkotsu Ramen
Broth: Tonkotsu broth aka pork broth has a very rich, thick and deep flavor to it. It was pleasant to taste, yet not too overwhelming broth. It gave Mysterio the urge to take a second sip and the third....well, you get the point.
Noodle: Soft texture was order, this bowl of ramen noodle is on point.
Ingredients: The ingredients in the ramen have
Chasu, beansprout and seaweed. Tamago egg was
and add-on as well. Similar to Miso ramen, the
chasu is the highlight out of all the ingredients.

Verdict:
Mysterio rate it 4.5 Stars.
Tonkotsu Ramen is the better ramen out of the two ramens. The broth itself taste much more rich and satisfying as compared to the miso ramen. In terms of price, Tonkotsu ramen is also cheaper. All in all, the ramen price in central of orchard is totally worth it without bursting your wallet and still feels satisfied.
