PICANHAS', the viral Halal Steakhouse. Are the Meats tender and Juicy for your liking?

Mysterio ate at Picanhas'.
Picanhas' is one of the few Halal Steakhouse in Singapore and their unique vision seems to be customer focus, so will their steak live up to their expectations?

Upon entering the restaurant, you will be greated by their waiter and promptly bring you to your seats. Their seating arrangement consist of both counter top dinning for smaller groups of patrons as well as table setting for groups of 4 or more.
*Do note that reservation is required as the restaurant has limiting capacity, so make sure that you reserve in advance.
The waiter will let you have a look at the menu before explaining all the food options available. Mysterio was very impressed that the waiter even explained the different cuts of the meat to you in detail and in a very professional manner. Truly worthy of their vision for being customer focus.
A quick look at Picanhas menu show that their focus is very streamline, which is a good thing, there are 4 mains to choose from :

A very focus menu restaurant also meant that the food is of higher quality and usually better, so its already off a good start. For drinks, they offer mocktails and hot/ice teas and coffee etc.
n addition, there is an online menu as well, with some of the house specials for the month. An example is what was shown above where its called Macho Platter consisting of different cuts of the steaks. Mysterio decided to try out this as this dish also has picanhas 100 gms which is half of their main menu Queen of steak. Other cuts includes the chuck shortribs and rib fingers.
After ordering the drinks, you can see the barista whipping the mocktail in front of you, similar to a bar, but being a Halal establishment, no alcohol is allowed.
For drinks, Mysterio ordered Pineapple Yuzu and latte coffee. The pineapple yuzu mocktail has a refreshing taste to it, a hint zesty yuzu can be tasted, with pineapple juice as the base. A great mocktail while waiting for your food.
The 3 types of meat can be seen in this Platter: Picanhas 100g : the bottom row of meat with a layer of fats on top.
Chuck Shortribs 100g: the rectangle meat at the left of the platter
Rib Fingers 100g: long short rectangle meat.
Other sides that are included is the tortilla, salad mixture, and some greens.
Taste: Picanhas : The meat is soft, tender and juicy to taste. It isnt tough at all and when eaten together with the fats, its good. Best to pair with the tortilla and has the best flavor.
Chuck Shortribs: The meat is tougher for this but this is expected as chuck steak is usually tougher, but this meat is still softer than usual, when compared to other Chuck steak. Great but not fantastic.
Rib Fingers: Surprising, Mysterio favorite is this Rib Fingers. There is slight amount of fats in between the meats making it tender soft, as well as very juicy. The meat is the softest of them all, but flavor wise loses out to Picanhas steak.
Verdict:
Mysterio rates it 5.0/5.0 Stars. The steak served here at Picanhas is definitely delicious and very worth the price. The meat were well cooked and tender, the waiter were very professional and friendly which is an added bonus. The overall experience at Picanhas is top notch. It is definitely worth coming here with your love ones or even for special occasion.
