Mysterio ate at Wonderful BapSang
Wonderful BapSang is a hidden right behind its own korean mini mart, however, the long queue is a big giveaway that something must be good right (typical singaporean mindset)
The fast serving of side dishes once seated is a vital aspect of the dining experience that benefits both guests and restaurants alike. Though it takes quite a while for the main dish to arrive, the unlimited refill of the side dish is definitely a positive point here.
Look at that generous amount of food in the Wang Pan that was served. The Wang Pan came warm, where it will be slowly heated up under the fire stove.
While waiting for the cheese to melt, you can consume the fries first, the chicken is recommended to be eaten together with the cheese.
Taste wise the chicken is more towards slightly salty, but savory, it wasn't crispy at all since it was drenched in the thick sweet sauce.
Verdict:
Mysterio rated it 3.5/5 stars. The food was served at a relatively slow speed, around 35 mins wait time after side dishes was served. It is understandable as it was the dinner dash timing and it seems like it was understaffed. The side dishes are unlimited with free top up, but also take relatively long for each top-up. Wang Pan wise was good, just a bit too sweet and will hardened after leaving it on the grill pan for a while, while waiting for the cheese to melt so that it can be paired together. Nothing too spectacular but it greats for big groups to gather and chit chat while waiting.
